What will you think twice about before you eat?
Eggs, steak, and butter?
Or rather
Cornflakes, bread, and canola oil?
And how is it that, precisely after scaring everyone away from the first, and making them switch to the second, the incidence of heart attacks, blocked arteries, and obesity is only increasing?
Pierre Sometimes I feel like I’m repeating messages, because to be precise, almost everything we talk about about nutrition is designed to distance us from the natural diet we ate for most of evolution in favor of processed food,
And everything we are taught about health is designed to make us consume medication.
In order to be able to explain this story of cholesterol, we need to take one thing into account: in a world that profits from patients, there is no reason why drug companies shouldn’t lie to sell their drugs.
What’s called propaganda.
So just as it says about cornflakes being healthy, and about canola oil being healthy for the heart, we can say about a drug that cures a disease.
So what were we told – “High cholesterol is bad, high cholesterol leads to heart disease, high cholesterol comes from the foods we’ve eaten throughout evolution.”
So how did all this happen?
After all, heart attacks were almost nonexistent until processed foods were introduced into the human diet.
When heart attacks rose in the US in the 1960s, as usual, the establishment looked for the culprit, and because you can’t put the food corporations as the main culprits (because you can’t hurt their pockets), then you have to find another culprit.
The American establishment’s food pyramid decided that animal fat is the culprit for heart disease.
Not sweets, not processed milk, not baked goods, not margarine (which is basically plastic in a plastic container), but the foods we’ve consumed throughout evolution. In an era when there were no heart attacks.
So if you don’t eat eggs and meat, what do you eat? The average person will usually eat more ultra-processed foods.
So people are avoiding foods that we have eaten throughout evolution and they are eating fast food – cornflakes, sweets, fried, to adapt to their fast-paced lives – stress.
So here are some facts about cholesterol that you may not have heard:
Cholesterol is a basic raw material produced by the liver, brain, and almost every cell in the body.
Cholesterol is the food for our cells, it is converted into vitamin D as well as estrogen and testosterone, our sex hormones.
High cholesterol does not cause heart disease.
The real cause of heart disease is unmanaged stress, inflammation, oxidation, and ultra-processed foods.
So is high cholesterol an indicator of heart disease?
70% of people hospitalized for heart attacks have perfectly normal cholesterol.
50% of people with high cholesterol have healthy hearts.
Lowering cholesterol has almost nothing to do with extending life.
Lower cholesterol levels are linked to lower cognitive performance.
There are five causes of heart disease;
Smoking, alcohol, a sedentary lifestyle, processed foods, and stress.
Just so you know how sophisticated the drug companies are;
In the past, high cholesterol was over 280, and today, high cholesterol is over 200, and soon that number will go down too. Doctors are already reporting it.
What has changed? The opportunity to push the drug to more people.
That means they are creating both the problem and the solution. This is the world we live in.
In 2004, when the International Cholesterol Program met to decide on optimal cholesterol levels, 8 out of 9 people on the board of directors had financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry.
That is, they made a living from statins.
Statins for lowering cholesterol are one of the most commonly prescribed drugs in the world.
In 2020, total global sales of statins approached a trillion dollars.
The statin is considered a miracle drug that promised to improve heart function and lower cholesterol, which the medical establishment considered a terrible evil and the greatest threat to humans.
It promised to reduce the risk of heart attacks by 50% – sounds impressive.
Statins are a family of drugs designed to lower bad LDL cholesterol in the blood.
Anyone who reaches the age of 40 and their “bad” cholesterol is a little high will immediately receive a recommendation from their doctor to take the medication.
Does it seem reasonable to you that every person at the age of 40 would have to take medication because they were told to? In other words, they felt pretty good, but because the doctor said so, they took medication and then their health only deteriorated.
The way statins work is by blocking an enzyme called HMG-CoA that produces bad LDL cholesterol. The problem with this is that once this happens, the body can no longer produce or benefit from various vitamins, including vitamin D. Vitamin K2. Coenzyme Q10.
And this impairs the body’s ability to produce testosterone and other hormones like DHEA.
The immune system weakens, bones disintegrate, and antioxidant systems fail.
In addition, statins have many side effects such as liver and pancreas inflammation, muscle pain, loss of libido, mood swings, dizziness, skin irritation, numbness, stomach pain, fatigue, and there are now studies showing that statins may cause dementia, diabetes, and cataracts.
We live in a swamp of ignorance, lies, and medical intervention that creates severe health damage.
It sucks to say this because there are good doctors, but everything is controlled by pharmaceutical companies, so there is nothing left but to tell the truth out loud.
We should love our high cholesterol and avoid foods rich in cholesterol.
So what is there to worry about at all? Was it all for nothing? Not exactly.
So, although I don’t feel like cooperating with this narrative…
There is good cholesterol (HDL) and there is bad cholesterol (LDL)
The good cholesterol is part of us and can increase when we consume foods with natural cholesterol – always food from nature…
The bad cholesterol, contrary to what we have been told, does not come from eggs, meat, butter or coconut oil. It comes from foods that create inflammation and oxidative stress from processed sugars, seed oils, empty carbohydrates and these processed foods create blood fats called triglycerides. When the body receives processed food that it does not know what to do with, it turns it into oxidized cholesterol – triglycerides
The human body is not designed to eat ultra-processed food, this includes flours, sugars, processed dairy products, snacks, fried foods, processed grains and so on. These are things that our body does not know what to do with and this is how blood fats (triglycerides) are created, this is how acidity in the blood is created.
This is how people get sick.
In the 1970s, cardiologist Dr. Robert Atkins founded a “diet” or “nutritional system” that helped millions of people lose weight and heal their sick American bodies from the side effects of the American food pyramid and diet that makes so many people sick.
Is the diet complicated? Not at all.
What does it suggest? That a person give up simple and starchy carbohydrates and switch to a diet based on proteins, natural fats and dietary fiber.
I don’t think there is one diet that suits everyone, but there are very basic and clear things about what we are and are not meant to eat.
Did his diet work? It did. Atkins was named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year in 2002 and his books are among the best-selling in the world to this day. Not only did people lose weight, but cholesterol levels were better balanced, blood fats were reduced and health improved dramatically.
Whatever they sell you, do the opposite.
True health is free and comes from nature.
But we won’t get there if the foods we are used to eating are far from nature.
Haven’t we normalized processed foods, cakes, seed oils, desserts, smoking, alcohol,
And the fact that we have turned our bodies into garbage cans?
The world is becoming less and less healthy for the user, choose wisely
A little about the vitamins that are damaged by taking statins and their importance to the body.
Vitamin D – We get it mainly from the sun, but in fact the body uses cholesterol to produce the vitamin, which is actually a type of steroid that the body uses to strengthen the body. It is responsible for mood, metabolism, preventing our bones from crumbling, intestinal bacteria, cell energy, the immune system, and a lack of this vitamin has been linked to early death.
Vitamin K2 – Again, a type of steroid that prevents the formation of blood clots in the body, which are one of the causes of heart attacks and are very essential for us. We get this vitamin from animals, from eggs and meat in the most effective way.
Coenzyme Q10 – essential as a catalyst for intracellular processes at the mitochondrial level and essential for maintaining energy in the body. It can prevent heart attacks, it maintains fertility, helps maintain a youthful skin appearance, can prevent headaches, can prevent cancer and more. We also produce it in the body.
Testosterone – a lack of it can of course harm libido, but it will also cause weight gain, mood swings, fatigue and weak and thin bones. We get it from consuming meat and strength training, such as weightlifting.
The hormone DHEA – is responsible for hormones in general and is the source of all hormones such as testosterone, progesterone and estrogen and is produced in our adrenal gland. Damage to it can cause damage, among other things, to our memory and later cause dementia.
I have been eating meat, eggs and animal fat every day for years and I am only getting healthier and healthier. Always pay attention to the narrative and remember that nature is not wrong, nature is responding to our actions.
High cholesterol does not cause heart disease.
Lowering cholesterol has almost nothing to do with extending life.
