In recent years, the topic of seed oils has been making headlines around the world.
Perhaps it’s because they are the most popular oils in the world today, as they are cheaper, and are aggressively marketed as ideal for heating and “healthy for the heart.”
The oils in question are canola, soybean oil, “vegetable” oil, sunflower seed oil, grape seed oil, which entered the Western diet at the beginning of the last century as a replacement for the animal fat that humans consumed throughout evolution.
So how did seed oils become so popular? Seed oils came into our world when businessmen Proctor & Gamble wanted to find a cheaper alternative to animal fat. And they succeeded by bribing their way into health organizations, nutrition, academia, fast food companies and the stores that sell us food.
Processed food companies (seed oils are ultra-processed) have been funding nutrition research for over a century. So it’s no wonder you’ll find studies telling you that processed food is not harmful, and this reaches the highest levels of government in Israel and around the world.
Lobbyists for food, cigarette, and pharmaceutical companies control all the narratives and studies.
The reason they have made headlines in recent years is thanks to social media.
Doctors, researchers, and creators from Israel and around the world have begun to share with anyone willing to know that these refined oils are the main causes;
of heart disease, oxidative damage, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and especially inflammation in the body. (Studies below) On the other hand, the companies that brought seed oils to the forefront are making every effort to use all media elements, from the mainstream media to nutritionists and fitness trainers to try to convince people that these oils are not harmful.
So why are they so harmful? Vegetable fat is created from toxic waste residues or in other words, leftover “food” that they didn’t know what to do with. What do you do with grape seeds? What do you do with a plant called rapeseed? (Canola) that no one needs because it is genetically modified? Same with corn and soy (genetically modified)
Should we do something with them? This is how seed oils were created and are created. Because unlike oils from fruits like olive or coconut, or animal fat that is easy to access, it is impossible to extract oil from these plants by cold pressing.
So what do we do?
Step 1: Seeds are collected from their plants. Waste residues or genetically modified plants.
Step 2: The seeds are heated to extremely high temperatures. This is done for sterilization purposes, causing the unsaturated fatty acids in the seeds to oxidize, creating free radicals that are extremely harmful to health.
Step 3: The seeds are usually processed with a petroleum-based solvent, such as hexane, to maximize the amount of oil extracted from them.
Step 4: Chemicals are used to deodorize the oils, which have an undesirable odor after extraction.
The deodorization process creates trans fats, which are known to be harmful to health.
Step 5: Additional chemicals are added to make the color of the industrial seed oils neutral and more attractive. (Bleaching to produce a clear oil) In other words, refining
The process is sickening:
Before I get into the explanation and the studies that will clearly show you the reality.
I want to give you some rules, or a way, to know when something is right and when something is wrong.
For most of evolution, humans consumed animal fat.
Until the invention of seed oils, even McDonald’s fried their chips and hamburgers in beef fat
Contrary to popular belief, animal fat does not cause disease, it is easy to confirm this information because even though people consume less animal fat and more seed oils, heart disease is only on the rise.
When people (people, “experts” or corporations) try to give you information as a gift, but what is actually happening is that they are trying to sell you a product or idea, there is room for doubt.
Meanwhile, all the people in the world who speak against seed oils are only warning and not selling anything beyond the opportunity to wake up and maintain your health in a world where diseases are constantly on the rise.
So the formula is this;
If they are trying to sell you something – it is probably not good for you
If this thing does not come in its original form from nature – it is not good for you
But leave that aside, let’s talk about the science;
Why exaggerate with words when you can exaggerate with unfunded studies
Seed oils are rich in omega 6. This means high levels of inflammation. Inflammation is the basis of most diseases

Seed oils create oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is responsible for inflammation and most diseases

Seed oils are responsible for Alzheimer’s

Seed oils are responsible for skin damage from sun radiation

I can continue with research until further notice.
But here’s an opportunity to expose you to smart people who don’t serve corporate interests.
Here are some respected doctors speaking out against seed oils
Needless to say, anyone who tries to promote seed oils is either funded by the food companies or has already consumed too much of them and has lost their ability to think independently
These are the things that usually happen with nutritionists and fitness trainers who are taught what the food industry wants them to know, and that’s how “experts” push processed foods to their clients.
Because they were taught that “everything in moderation”.
These are people I have learned a lot from in recent years and they are worth getting to know
