For the past decade, I have been exploring my health and consciousness. It started with a personal journey towards healing from a chronic intestinal disease that I had been dealing with for a decade.
I began to examine my life and explore my body and thinking – I read countless books, articles and studies, attended workshops around the world, interviewed hundreds of experts and tested on my body extreme unconventional treatment methods.
And eventually I got off the medication, healed myself and changed my life. It was a journey of awakening, taking responsibility and personal sovereignty
The desire to share the discoveries I experienced and the insights I came to led to the establishment of the podcast that became popular in Israel, Gut Sense, writing the book Gut Rules, workshops, lectures and retreats that I lead.
And the understanding that there are many people who thirst for this knowledge and yearn to get out of a life of lack of responsibility, ignorance and fear.
I discovered that in a world that profits from illness and dependence on medication, no one will heal us, body and soul – except ourselves. I promised myself that I would do everything to make ancient knowledge and practical approaches accessible to bring the power back to us.
